Koroni area has a large Coast with various Beaches, deep cliffs and lovely coves as well as Cape Akritas, the southest mainland point of Messinia.

• in Koroni Surroungings Map there are more than 30 beaches.
• the largest beach is the more man 2,2 km long sandy beach in the south of Koroni peninsola. Its north eastern part reaching Koroni is named Zanga Beach, its south western part is named Memi Beach.
• in the northern part of koroni peninsula where also the small harbour and the Center of Koroni lie you find 3 small beaches (see Koroni City Map ).
• not all the beaches in Koroni Surroundings are easy to reach.
